Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final. However, if your candle arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days and I’ll make it right.
My candle arrived broken - what now?
Oh no! That’s not the vibe. Please send a photo of the damaged candle and packaging to slowburnseattle@gmail.com, and I’ll replace it or offer a refund depending on availability.
Are you a licensed seller?
Not yet, but we’re manifesting that magic! We’ve officially applied and are currently in the approval process to become licensed. In the meantime, our candles are lovingly crafted as unofficial odes to the books (and book boyfriends) we’re obsessed with. Stay tuned fate willing - we’ll have good news soon.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at the moment, but I’m flattered you asked! Custom scents or labels may be available in the future, especially for bulk/gifting orders, so feel free to reach out if you have something special in mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I currently ship within the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia. Please note that international shipping will take longer and may incur customs fees depending on your country.
When will my order ship?
Preorders will ship on or around August 25th. After that, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipping unless otherwise noted.
Can I change my shipping address?
Sure - just email me at slowburnseattle@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order and I’ll update it for you.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax sourced in the United States. All of our unique scents are formulated with phthalate-free fragrances that adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity. They’re hand-poured with care (and usually while listening to audiobook smut).
